Online Tools & Services

The Park View PTC utilizes online tools and services to conduct business and communicate with our members, teachers, community and school/district administration.  If any of the below tools or services would be beneficial to a PTC program that you are chairing or volunteering with, please contact us.

Website

The website is built using Squarespace. Multiple Park View PTC Board members are trained on how to manage the content, and it was chosen for the ability to easily transfer the knowledge of management between PTC board members over the years.

Online Forms

The Contact and the Volunteer Sign-Up forms are built using Squarespace. The forms are included in the costs of the website platform.  The PTC has the ability to create custom online forms for any Park View PTC program or event that could benefit from them.

All event chairs will need to complete the following Event form in advance to best coordinator resourcing and support with the school. 

All in-person volunteers must complete a School Volunteer Information & Waiver of Liability Form at least 1 week prior to your volunteer date/time.

Online Credit Card Payment Processing

The Park View PTC is investigating several options to allow for online credit card payment processing at various events and sales. More information will be communicated and this section will be updated.

Online Funds Transfer 

The Park View PTC also has a paypal account available if you prefer to process funds online.  Our account is set up with our president@parkviewptc.org email address.  Please reach out to us with any questions!

Volunteer Sign-Up 

SignUp.com is the online tool used for volunteer management. To learn more about volunteer opportunities visit our volunteer overview page
